Your creatine supplementdeveloped by a physical therapist
Strength has no expiration date.
One scoop a day. Pure creatine monohydrate, developed by a physical therapist for adults 65+, to help you keep the strength, muscle and memory that keep you independent.*
The stairs, the garden, the grandkids.Strength is what keeps them yours.
After 65, muscle doesn't just fade. It goes faster every year, and every bit that goes takes something with it: the confidence to get up from a low chair, to carry your own groceries, to lift a grandchild onto your hip, to get down on the floor for the dog and back up again, to go golfing, to say yes to the trip. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in the world, and the research in older adults points to four things that matter.*
Strength*
Creatine helps your muscles produce energy for short, hard efforts, which is exactly what standing up, climbing stairs and catching your balance are. Paired with resistance exercise, it supports greater strength gains than exercise alone.*
Muscle*
Lean mass is your reserve against illness, surgery and the weeks of rest that follow. Older adults who trained with creatine gained more lean tissue than those who trained on a placebo.*
Memory*
The brain uses creatine for energy too. In healthy adults aged 66 to 76, creatine supplementation was associated with better memory performance in a meta-analysis of randomized trials.*
Independence*
Grip strength and walking speed are what clinicians measure to predict who stays home and who doesn't. Creatine supports the muscle and energy behind both, so the things you love stay on your calendar.*
What the research shows
After 65, the decline stops being gradual.
These numbers come from the CDC and peer-reviewed studies of healthy aging adults. Read them slowly. They describe what happens to people who wait.
Strength loss after 65
The decline speeds up after 65 for women and 70 for men. By age 75, long-term studies show men losing 3–4% of their strength every year and women 2.5–3%. Left alone, that is roughly a third of your strength gone in a decade.
National Institute on Aging · Frontiers in Physiology, 2012Adults 65+ fall every year
More than one in four older adults falls each year, and falling once doubles your chances of falling again. Falls are the leading cause of injury for adults 65 and older.
CDC, 2026Hip fractures a year
Nearly 319,000 older Americans are hospitalized for a hip fracture every year, and 88% of those fractures come from a fall. Most require surgery and months of recovery.
CDC, 2026The bill for one fall
A single fall-related hospital stay costs about $18,000 on average, and older adult falls add up to roughly $50 billion in medical bills every year. Lower-body weakness is one of the main risk factors clinicians screen for, and one of the few you can change.
Johns Hopkins, 2022 · CDCCreatine, studied in adults 57–70
Creatine plus resistance training built more lean mass and strength than training alone.*
A meta-analysis of 22 randomized controlled trials (721 participants, average age 57 to 70) found that adults who took creatine while doing resistance training 2 to 3 days a week gained more lean tissue and more upper-body strength than those who trained on a placebo. Later reviews focused on adults 60+ report the same direction for lower-body strength, the kind you use to stand up and climb stairs.*
Creatine and memory, adults 66–76
The same molecule that powers muscle powers the brain.*
Brain cells burn through energy quickly, and creatine is part of how they refuel. A 2023 meta-analysis of randomized trials in healthy people found that creatine supplementation improved measures of memory, with the clearest effect in adults aged 66 to 76. A 2024 review of 16 trials rated the evidence for memory as moderate certainty.*
